Pass It Forward is a 501(c)3 Non-profit Organization. We partner with California Cannabis businesses to improve the communities they serve by providing local Workforce Development programs, and carbon negative green upgrades for Senior Citizens, Veterans, and low-income California Home Owners. Pass It Forward is the only agricultural based non-profit organization in California supporting local employment and community redevelopment through the use of non-toxic carbon negative building materials grown from Industrial Hemp.

Pass It Forward provides green job training, employment opportunities, and residential green upgrades for all California Communities. Pass It Forward also protects communities from toxic carbon emissions and California wildfires with Hemp/Lime building materials. Hemp/Lime is a revolutionary carbon zero building material that creates an airtight barrier for a home or business, eliminating termites, rodents, and other insect infestations upon contact. All Pass It Forward Community Build Projects are performed by graduates of our Workforce Development program. Your support helps Pass It Forward rebuild California Communities while fostering long term Green Career opportunities for fellow community members.

Your support goes a long way
By working with California Hemp Farmers, creating local green career opportunities, and providing California homes and buildings with green upgrades - Pass It Forward is making a difference!
- Harvest Waste Collection: Pass It Forward works with California Hemp Farmers to collect harvest waste (raw fiber materials) at the end of each harvest. The harvest waste (raw fiber materials) is then recycled into hemp fiber building materials to be used in Pass It Forward workforce training programs, and community green upgrades.
- Local Workforce Development: Workforce Training programs are vital in creating California's Green Workforce. Graduates of the Workforce Training program are eligible to collect a living wage on future California - Pass It Forward projects. Program graduates will also receive eligibility to enroll in participating California Union Apprenticeship Programs that guarantee a green career in California’s Green Jobs Sector.
- California Home Owners: Senior Citizens, Veterans, and Low Income California homeowners can receive green upgrades upon eligibility. Pass It Forward partners with local Community Organizations to screen and approve program applicants. Each eligible California Home Owner can receive up to $15,000 in green upgrades. Home owners may qualify for 100% financing options based on home demographics and level of income.
