Pass It Forward - California (pifCalifornia) operates the only workforce development programs in California that use Industrial Hemp as a training material. Our Workforce Development Programs provide green pathways that lead to long term careers, community redevelopment, and the sequestration of toxic carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
pifCalifornia partners with Local California Labor Unions, Architects, Builders, and Designers, to provide Green Workforce Training and various support services for California Community Members seeking employment in the green job sector.
